From
the original retail purchase date, any part that fails in normal use
will be repaired or replaced free of charge.
The
warranty expressed above gives you specific rights and is the only
warranty provided by the manufacturer. You may also have other
rights which vary from state to state.
WHAT IS
NOT COVERED
Conditions
or damage resulting from any of the following:
- Improper assembly or disassembly of the firearm.
- Misuse, abuse, accidents, or unreasonable use.
- Any modification, alteration, or adjustments not authorized by the
manufacturer or authorized service provider.
- Cost of diagnostic labor, mileage or shipping charges.
The above
exclusions may not apply in some states.
